I am going to print it off for son as he is in that set way of post /e-mail CV and just wait. 
Sounds like that isn&#039;t enough nowadays.

But, then I look back on the best staff we have ever employed (who also stayed for years) and they were always the ones who popped in with their CV&#039;s or just applied on spec without us advertising any vacancies....then the CV would be on file.

 I&#039;d forgotten as we haven&#039;t employed (apart from a bit of casual /p/t) for 4 years now.
